Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority
WAY Fund Managers Limited (WFM) is a UK-based investment management firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our regulated activities — portfolio management and investment advisory services for individuals, institutions, trusts, private funds, charitable organisations and investment companies — are carried out under that authorisation.
FCA regulation means we are subject to ongoing supervision, capital and conduct requirements, reporting obligations, and the standards of the FCA Handbook. It does not remove investment risk: the value of your investments can still fall.

Complaints
How to raise a concern
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, contact us by email or phone and we will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it, and write to you with our findings. A copy of our complaints handling procedure is available on request. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
